PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PRIVACY POLICY MAY CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME, WITH CHANGES TAKING EFFECT IMMEDIATELY, SO PLEASE CHECK IT OFTEN.

Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is very important to us. Part of our operation of this website, https://oktoberdesign.com, (“Site”)
involves the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of information about you. This Privacy Policy explains
what type of information we collect through this Site, and our storage, use, and disclosure of this information
to allow you to make choices about your use of the Site and about the way you share your information with
us. By visiting this Site, you acknowledge and agree that you accept all of the provisions outlined in this
Privacy Policy.

I. Information Identified
Information collected online can generally be categorized as anonymous (aggregate) information or
personally identifiable information. Anonymous information is information that cannot be connected to the
identity of a specific individual (for example, a users’ Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser being used,
usage details, etc., as long as these fields do not link to a user’s personal information). Personally identifiable
information, on the other hand, is information that specifically identifies a particular user (for example, a user’s
name, address, email address, telephone number, business name and contact information, financial
information, including credit card account numbers and billing information, communication preferences, order
and subscription information, etc.).

A. Collection and Use of Automatic Anonymous Information
In general, you can visit this Site without identifying who you are or revealing any personal
information about yourself. Any data collected about your use of this Site which is automatically
submitted by your browser to us is anonymous information.

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain technical and routing information about your
computer. This anonymous information includes the IP address of your originating Internet Service
Provider (ISP), the domain name of the website from which you accessed our Site, the browser you
are using, your operating system, the dates you visited, the length of time visited, any search queries
you entered and the search results, the pages of the Site you visited, and the time spent on each
page visited.

We use this anonymous information for statistical purposes to track usage of the Site to improve its
content and performance and to try to bring you the best possible service. We also collect this
information for marketing purposes, including determining our target markets, to market our products
and services to you, and to market the products and services of third-parties to you.

This anonymous information may be shared with individuals and businesses related to the operation,
use, and marketing of this Site, including third-party individuals and businesses. To the extent this
anonymous information is shared, it is not traceable to you individually and will not be used to contact
you directly. This anonymous information is also shared with our third-party advertisers for the
purpose of providing advertising statistics to these third-parties.

B. Collection and Use of Personally Identifiable Information
Personally identifiable information is only collected by us when it is voluntarily submitted by you
through various forms on this Site. Submission of personally identifiable information is not required
merely to visit this Site; however, the submission and collection of personally identifiable information
is required for any and all purchases of our products and services through this Site.

All purchases on this Site function through Shopify. Therefore, all personally identifiable information
is shared with Shopify for completing transactions. You can read Shopify’s privacy policy HERE. You
should contact Shopify directly if you have any questions or concerns about their collection, storage,
use, or dissemination of your information.

We will use your personally identifiable information in the same manner as we use the automatically
collected anonymous information, namely, to track your use of the Site, to improve its content and
performance, to try to bring you the best possible service, and for marketing purposes, including
determining our target markets, to market our products and services to you, and to market the
products and services of third-parties to you. In addition, we also use your personally identifiable
information to communicate with you, to provide products and services that you request, to respond
to requests that you make, to improve our products and services, and to notify you of offers and new
products and services. When you submit personally identifiable information to us, you understand
that you are agreeing to allow us to access, store, and use that information for these purposes.

Personally identifiable information may also be accessible to individuals and businesses related to
the operation and use of this Site. Thus, by entering any personally identifiable information, you are
granting us express permission to share that information with the individuals and businesses related
to the operation and use of this Site.

We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable
information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement or judicial
authorities, we will provide this information on receipt of the appropriate documentation. We may
also release information to law enforcement agencies or other third-parties if we feel it is necessary to
protect the safety and welfare of our personnel, agents, you or others, or to enforce our Terms of
Use. We may further disclose personally identifiable information to enforce any agreement we may
have entered into with you and to enforce this Privacy Policy. In addition, we may disclose this
information in connection with the maintenance and administration of this Site.

C. Contact Forms
We use the Contact Forms 7 plugin to handle our contact forms. We currently use it in its default
