Return Policy
Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@oktoberdesign.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility:
- You may return can seamers, tools, and accessories within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original packaging, accompanied by the order number.
- The returned items must be unused. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not in original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Exclusions:
- Aluminum, PET, and steel cans are not eligible for return due to health and safety considerations, as well as the high risk of shipping damage and associated costs. If you receive damaged cans, please contact our support team at info@oktoberdesign.com for assistance.
Return Process:
- Upon receiving your return request, we will review it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via UPS on weekdays only, excluding holidays. Delivery is subject to UPS's schedule, and you can check local updates at UPS.com.
When your order ships, you will receive an email and a tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take up to 12 hours to become active.
Shipping Timeframes:
- Can Seamers are built to order and may take up to two weeks before they are shipped.
- If you order multiple types of products, parts of your order may be shipped separately.
- Brite cans, Drink Local cans, bulk ends, can carriers, accessories, and service parts ship the same day if ordered before 12 PM EDT and the next day if ordered after 12 PM EDT.
- Custom-labeled cans have a 3-4 week lead time, and you will be notified when your order ships. Please plan on ordering your custom-labeled cans 4-6 weeks before you run out to allow for production and shipping. During holidays, there may be additional delays based on supplier schedules.
Shipping Damage Policy:
If your box and/or product has been damaged during the shipping process, please send your order number and photos of the damage to info@oktoberdesign.com within 5 business days so we can start a claim and provide a replacement or remedy the issue.
Delivery Issues:
We strive to ensure your orders are shipped promptly and arrive on time. However, please be aware that shipping times may vary depending on several factors, including high-volume periods such as holidays. During these times, delays may occur due to increased demand on shipping carriers.
A refund or credit will not be given for shipments delayed due to incorrect addresses or ZIP codes or the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery or sign for the package. In addition, for shipments to and from international destinations, no refund or credit will be given if failure to deliver on time is due to tax authority, customs, or other regulatory delays. Furthermore, we are not responsible for late UPS deliveries, and such orders will not be eligible for a refund.
