WARRANTY COVERAGE
Applies to the following models:
Oktober Can Seamers warrants that replacement parts and warranty support will be available for the models listed above for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Our seamers are designed for durability and ease of maintenance. Due to their straightforward construction, part replacement is simple and requires no specialized tools. LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTY & SERVICE
General Limitations:
This warranty covers replacement parts and standard shipping only. Labor, and expedited shipping costs are not included.
The warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Misuse or abuse
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidents, negligence, or external factors beyond Oktober’s control
To ensure proper use and care, customers are encouraged to review the provided user manuals and instructional videos.
Service Limitations:
- Oktober Can Seamers does not guarantee that use of its products or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
- All services, including support, content, and product-related assistance, are provided “as is” and “as available,” with no express or implied guarantees regarding outcomes or performance.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Oktober Can Seamers expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
We do not warrant that our products or services will meet your individual expectations or operate without interruption, defects, or errors.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oktober Can Seamers, its parent company, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business, data, or personal use
- Damages resulting from improper use, third-party interference, or unforeseen circumstances
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are claimed and even if Oktober has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
SERVICE FAILURES & INTERRUPTIONS
Oktober Can Seamers is not responsible for service disruptions or failures due to, but not limited to:
- Customer misuse or negligence
- Acts of nature or natural disasters
- Criminal or malicious acts
- System failures, technical issues, or third-party carrier delays
SHIPMENT & DELIVERY DISCLAIMER
- Oktober Can Seamers does not guarantee shipping timelines or delivery outcomes.
- Insurance coverage or declared value assignment for any shipped goods is not provided by Oktober.
- Returned shipments due to refusal, damage, or failure to receive are the responsibility of the purchaser, including all related fees.
