Canning Cold Brew

Canning your cold brew is a smart way to expand your brand, increase shelf life, and make your product more portable and profitable- perfect for farmers markets, retail, or grab-and-go service. There are two main methods for canning cold brew: cold-fill without pasteurization or pasteurized canning. Cold-fill keeps the flavor fresher and is ideal for refrigerated, short-term storage, while pasteurization allows for shelf-stable distribution with a longer lifespan but may slightly alter the taste. Choosing the right method depends on how you plan to serve, sell, and store your cold brew.
