If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Eligibility:

• You may return can seamers, tools, and accessories within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be in their original packaging, accompanied by the order number.
• The returned items must be unused. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product is not in original condition. 
• Client is responsible for return shipping

Exclusions:

Cans cannot be returned due to the high shipping costs. For issues with damaged cans, please contact info@oktoberdesign.com.

Return Process:

Warranty Coverage and Limitations:

Oktober Design guarantees replacement parts for our can seamers for one year from the date of purchase.
